About Kiernan Moran
Kiernan Moran’s practice focuses exclusively on family law related matters, including divorce, common law marriage, allocation of parental rights, child support, and post-decree disputes. Kiernan attended Georgetown University Law Center after graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Arizona. While attending Georgetown, Kiernan taught mock trial, civil rights, and constitutional law to high school students through the famous “Street Law” program. After graduating Georgetown, Kiernan wanted to continue serving individuals through the legal system. Kiernan has an extensive background guiding families in high stakes matters and navigating the complexities of the legal system. Before joining Griffiths Law, Kiernan worked previously as a juvenile defense attorney at the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office. During this time, Kiernan helped hundreds of individuals and families as a skilled negotiator and trial lawyer. Kiernan likes to have a clear understanding of his clients’ goals and strategizes to achieve them whether with amicable resolutions or moving to litigate matters. Outside of work, Kiernan spends his time training Brazilian jiu jitsu, trail running, and reading.
