Given all the changes and complications caused by COVID-19 (Coronavirus), it can be challenging to know whether your case is still on track or if it is worth pursuing a new case. Our firm’s response to these questions and changes directly impact our clients’ lives, which is why we find it so important to be upfront about any changes that may be happening within our firm.
How Griffiths Law is Responding
Due to increasing restrictions on public gatherings and business operations, we are increasing our remote capabilities. While we will still offer in-person consultations and meetings for those who feel it is necessary, we are encouraging all of our clients to consider phone or videoconferencing calls and meetings. We offer secure and reliable online document sharing services that allow us to handle your case remotely.
We are dedicated to the health and safety of our employees and clients, and ask that our clients take all necessary health precautions.
Current Consultation Options:
Our office is still open for in-person consultations. If you feel as though a face-to-face conversation is important for your case, schedule a consultation.
Our team is available for phone consultations and meetings if you are not comfortable with in-person consultations. We are dedicated to keeping our clients up to date on their cases and will maintain our availability to answer any questions.
We are equipped with both the software and the hardware to hold high-quality video calls and understand that some clients prefer to speak face to face from a distance. If you would like to hold a consultation by video call, whether through Skype, Zoom, or alternate platform.
If You Already Have a Case With Us
Do not expect interruptions to your case, but we ask that you be open to remote meetings instead of in-person meetings. This will help us keep our firm as safe and healthy as possible.
If You Would Like to Start a Case With Us
We are continuing to take on new cases and plan on doing so indefinitely. We can handle most cases remotely, making it possible for anyone to get the help they need, no matter their health or living situation.
We will decide whether in-person meetings are necessary or if a phone or video call would be sufficient on a case by case basis.
If you wish to discuss your situation with us, please contact us. We are happy to help.
